Compactor are an easy cost effective way for high density storage and make more economic use of valuable floor space.

It is a tailor made, space saving, dust free & economically sound concept with ease of operation, quality, no maintenance & security with centralized locking system. It is best suited for warehouses, stores, offices, factories, hospitals, banks, libraries, legal, commercial & educational institutions and many more.

Compactor is a trolley mounted system moving to and fro on rails. There is only one aisle which is shifted at desired place by moving adjacent compactors.

The full system when closed together can be locked. The compactor when cladded with sheet metal or decorative laminated panels offer added advantages of clean, neat, decent, safe, secured storage. The system reduces the fatigue in handling. The safety of person is moving aisles is assured by safety stopper which is a standard feature.

The well proven drive system ensures ease of movement bya person even when handling tonns of load. Compactor can be installed on properly designed mezzanine floors. Up & down movement from mezzanine floor can be arranged with a cage lift.

General Information required for Quotation

1. Storage Space

A. Clear Dimensions: L- mm, W- mm, H- mm, B. Structural Column Dimensions, C. Other Obstructions, D. Passages. Note: A sketch, preferably a AutoCAD drawing (version 2006 or below) indicating locations of obstructions, columns, passages, doom and defining boundaries i.e. wall, fencing, open passages etc. helps prepare the correct layout drawing and avoid mistake during/after layout and/or installations.

2. Materials to be stored

a. Description, b. Dimensions: L mm,W mm, H mm., c. Weight: Kg., d. Quantity to be stored: Note: Please include all verities/types to be stored. If necessary, attach extra sheet.

3. If it is difficult top provide information as in point 2 above then describe the present storage system.

a. Area occupied presently b. If in racks pl. describe the following i) Rack material ii) Rack dimensions: mm WX mm DX mm H. iii) No. of compartments & clear Ht. of each compartment.

4. Inside sheet steel sheet finish

(Either painted or powder coated. Outside finish is always powder coated)

5. How many operators work simultaneously ?:
