Cleanable Filter Media :
Wire Mesh G (Nominal Filtration)
(From 5 to 1500 Micron)
Wire mesh G is a surface-filter material made of stainless steel wire in plain/twill weave. It is Supplied in the filter grade of 5 micron to 1500 micron ratings. This economical and regenerative material can be cleaned properly by washing it with solvents and blowing it throughly with compressed air.

Non-Cleanable Filter Media (Disposable Type)
Hydroclean H (Absolute Filtration)
(1,3,6,10 & 20 Micron)
A non-regenerative, micro-fine deep-filter material is used for as low as 1 micron, filtration. It is a combination of polyester matting and other inorganic fibre with a multitude of fine pores. The special deposition surface created by this combination ensures good dirt absorption and excellent throughflow.

Water Absorbant W (Absolute filtration)
(1,3,6,10 & 20 Micron)
A non-regenerative, micro-fine depth filter material is used in combination with Hydroclean-H media. The media layer has scattered granulates of water absorbing substances. The required filtration grade is achieved by the hydroclean-H media which is fitted behind this media layer.

Paper-P (Nominal filtration)
(5,10,15 & 25 Micron)
A tried and tested lint Free Material is made swell-resistant by impregnation with phenol formaldehyde. The cellulose-fibre material has good throughflow and dirt absorption characteristics but, limited fineness.

Non-woven N (Nominal filtration)
(25,40 & 60 Micron)
Non-woven is surface filtration media is made up of polyethylene wrapped polyester fibres. This media is a cheap alternative for mesh media. It is recommended for coolant, water and coarse filtration.
