• Note: A sketch indicating locations of obstructions, columns, passages, doors and defining boundaries i.e. wall, fencing, open passages etc. helps prepare the correct layout drawing and avoid mistake during/after layout and /or installations.

2. Materials to be Stored

• Loose Materials - Please specify all the dimensions and weights of the smallest and biggest materials including description and sketch. If bare materials not palletized, then specify handling arrangement.
• Pallet Dimensions: L mm, W mm, H mm.
• Pallet Entry Side: Length side or width side or both.
• Type of Pallet -4 leg / Flat Bottom /Wooden/ Steel etc. (In case of 4 leg type, specify leg dimensions)
• Material on Pallet: Wt. Kgs./ht. mm
• Incase of overhang of materials on Pallets, specify overhang on L in mm, on W in mm
